2011年初，我國南方大部分地區遭受凍雨(freezing rain)，特別是貴州、湖南和四川，災情十分嚴重。公路、鐵路、機場都被迫關閉，電網癱瘓。凍災致使貴州40萬人飲水難，四川兩電廠停運。部分山區人民生活異常困難，在各級政府的帶領下，人民群眾、解放軍戰士英勇抗擊冰災，涌現出大批可歌可泣的英雄事跡。作為一名中學生，你有何感想？有何打算？能不能改變這種狀態？
